Website copy and brand voice for wedding creatives ready to stop selling on price and start booking on perspective.

Your portfolio proves you have the talent. Our copy proves you’re the only one for the job

There’s usually a disconnect between the work you produce and the way your website talks about it

... and it’s the reason couples spend ten minutes falling in love with your portfolio, but still open three other tabs to compare your pricing.

THE GAP BETWEEN YOUR TALENT AND YOUR WEBSITE

Your imagery communicates high-end artistry—but your words are still speaking the language of a generic vendor.

You know the soul of your work.

On a discovery call or over coffee, your passion is undeniable. Couples instantly get your vision, your energy, and why you do what you do.

But when you sit down to write your own website, it’s easy to get stuck. How do you compress years of refined craft, creative intuition, and unscripted emotion into a few neat paragraphs?

Translating it into text is the hard part.

When you care deeply about every detail of your process, choosing what to highlight and what to leave out feels almost impossible.

So you say everything, hoping the right couple sees what makes you special before they jump straight to your contact form to ask for a pricing guide—when what you really need is for them to fall in love with how you see the world.

It’s not that you don't know your business. You’re just standing too close to it.

They came for your aesthetic. They hired you for your voice

WHY WORDS CHANGE EVERYTHING

A stunning portfolio earns the pause, the bookmark, and the double-tap. It proves you have undeniable taste.

But taste alone doesn't close the gap between “I love their work” and “We need to book them for our date.”

The words are where that shift happens:

Design creates the desire

It earns the initial nod and proves you belong in the room.

Copy creates the conviction.

It’s where a couple stops looking at your imagery from the outside and starts picturing themselves inside your frame.

"I’ve never seen my business captured like this."

— Kody, Kody Co. Films

“Feeling very inspired to go out and create more. I've never really seen myself described like this and resonate with something so much.”

Your website shouldn't sound like three different people wrote it. Before drafting layout text, we establish your core messaging framework—mapping out your tone, cadence, signature vocabulary, and precise positioning.

Once that foundation is set, every page flows from the exact same identity. You get a unified website that sounds effortlessly like you, plus a permanent playbook for your Instagram captions, client guides, and late-night inquiry replies.

We build your Brand Voice Guide before we write a single page

OUR METHODOLOGY

The Process

The Brand Voice Guide

We pull out what makes your work distinct through an intensive strategy session. We map your real perspective, your ideal client profile, and the specific gaps in your current messaging.

Discovery

We write page-by-page inside structural wireframes. You and your web designer see how every headline, section, and call-to-action functions visually on the page before anything goes to code.

Wireframed Copywriting

We review the copy together, refine the nuances, and deliver a polished, launch-ready document formatted for seamless hand-off to Sam or Alice (our website designers!)

Refinement & Hand-Off

We build your core messaging playbook first: your tone, signature vocabulary, and value positioning. This establishes the exact voice rules for your entire site (and your ongoing marketing).

Strategic clarity meets literary sensibility.

Hey, I'm Aimée, the words behind Creative Cabana.

With a Master’s Degree in Heritage Management and a background in cultural storytelling, I don't treat your website like a digital sales funnel. I treat your work like what it actually is: a craft, a perspective, and a legacy.

Visual creatives rarely lack vision. They usually just lack a partner who knows how to translate light, atmosphere, and unscripted emotion into elevated language. My gift is going deep: immersing myself in how you see the world until I can speak your brand voice as fluently as you do.

When I’m not tuning a brand voice to within an inch of its life, you can find me in my English village with my nose in a book, stomping across the fields, and pretending I’m a heroine in a Jane Austen novel.

A few things people ask before reaching out

Do I need a web designer booked before hiring you for copy?

Not at all. While we can easily write for a site template you already use or collaborate directly with a designer you've hired, starting with copy first is actually ideal. Web designers love receiving our wireframes because the narrative structure and content hierarchy are already mapped out.

How long does the copywriting process take?

Most standalone copywriting projects take between 3 to 4 weeks from our initial discovery session to final hand-off.

What if I decide I want full brand strategy and web design too?

If you realize mid-way through (or before we kick off) that your visuals need as much love as your messaging, we can discuss upgrading you to our full Signature Experience, provided our studio calendar allows for it.

Stop letting generic copy hold back an extraordinary portfolio

We take on a limited number of standalone copywriting clients each quarter to give every brand our complete strategic focus. Tell us about your project, your timeline, and where you want to take your business next.
