Austin is the founder of Creative Cabana and the strategic mind behind everything that makes a creative business actually work. With 13 years in marketing and over a decade running his own wedding business alongside his wife, he knows firsthand what it feels like to have the talent and the passion and still wonder why the right clients aren't coming. That lived experience is what drives him to walk alongside others.

His focus is alignment: ensuring the strategy behind your brand, pricing, marketing, and client experience all point in the same direction. He has spent years guiding creative business owners through the decisions that matter, not just handing over a plan, but staying in it with them until things click.

Outside the Cabana, you’ll find Austin at the CrossFit gym, cooking up a gluten-free feast, and rearranging his home office (again!)




Austin - Business Strategy & Direction



With a sharp eye for nuance, Emily specializes in translating what a brand feels like into something you can see, experience, and move through. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University’s College of Design. Her early career as an art director in marketing sharpened her ability to think both conceptually and commercially

Emily works with founders, creatives, small businesses, and the hospitality industry—getting to the heart of who they are in order to build intuitive, lasting brands. Her approach is equal parts analytical and atmospheric, pulling from art history, nostalgia, and human behavior to create work that resonates on a deeper level.

Emily is a sunset chaser, martini drinker, with an eye for beautiful spaces, old-world details, and the stories woven into them.

Alice is the web designer and creative strategist behind Villa West. She has been designing websites full-time for 3 years, and she’s passionate about creating personality-driven designs that feel like the people behind them.

Her thinking is shaped by a deep attention to nature, its patterns, colors, and systems, and by an interdisciplinary education rooted in Human Ecology and Graphic Design that taught her to see wholes rather than parts. That holistic sensibility shows up in everything she builds.

Alice loves painting, shooting film, swimming in the ocean, hiking the forest trails of her small, remote island with her dog, or finding stillness through meditation and yoga. She is most herself when surrounded by nature's beauty.

Aimée is the words behind Creative Cabana, bringing a rare combination of strategic clarity and literary sensibility to every brief. Specializing in brand voice, website copy, and content strategy for creative businesses, she has a particular gift for going deep. She immerses herself in the voices and personalities of the brands we create.

Her work spans the wedding industry, heritage organizations, and artisan lifestyle brands. She holds an Master's Degree in Heritage Management from Bath Spa University, and has a background in cultural storytelling.

When she's not tuning a brand voice to within an inch of its life, Aimée can be found in her quaint English village — nose in a book, stomping across the fields, and pretending she's a heroine in a Jane Austen novel.

Sam brings a heart-first, strategy-led approach to every project. With nearly six years of experience, she specializes in creating websites that look good, feel like you, guide your people, and actually help them do their job.

Through a mix of buyer psychology, intuitive design, and thoughtful structure, Sam turns what makes a brand wholeheartedly yours into a dopamine-fuelled digital experience. Working closely with the team, Sam ensures websites are built with strategy at their core so you can show up clearly and confidently.

When she’s not mapping out user journeys or obsessing over the tiniest details, Sam can usually be found vending at Pokémon shows, planning a future trip to Japan (with multi-day hikes high on the list), or deep in a new creative hyperfixation.
